Are y'all normally not prepared for crowds? I mean, c'mon, your in a busy tourist town, in between a well known national park and boulder, do you only prep for small crowds, or do y'all just do the minimum so y'all can get home early?

Ok food is fast food. Scratch is all about great food and that takes both time and effort to achieve. Every time I went there the staff was outgoing, happy, and helpful. The food was made fresh and the end product was fantastic.
